the devils marg – this ain’t your poolside margarita

a margarita cocktail… but not as you know it. this one’s had a run-in with something darker — our dtm shiraz.

it’s smoky, salty, citrusy, and corrupted in all the right ways.

built for nights that start civilised and end somewhere strange. the kind of drink that winks are you from across the bar.

what you'll need:

  • 30ml tequila
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 60ml dtm shiraz
  • lime to garnish

how to make it:

  • shake the tequila and lime juice with ice
  • strain into a short, ice filled & salt-rimmed glass
  • float in the shiraz (fancy for pour over the back of a spoon)
  • garnish with a lime wheel

it’s got bite, it’s got depth, and it definitely goes down too easy.
